    Placement of element

Finally decided to use a bazooka screen. I assume that I should put the bazooka screen as low as I can and put the element above it??? How much space should I leave between them? Wagon, I am assuming about 6 inches to be above the grain bed? Thanks, Danny

    False Bottom help

I have bought Bayou Classic 1036 pots to move to all grain electric brewing. Now I need a false bottom. This is where I need your help or ideas. The only false bottom I can find is from NorCal. Retirement beer ideas...

My dad retires for his second time in a few months(20 with USAF and 20 with Federal Govt). Though I have been homebrewing for 4 years and when he is over, he tries them all, he does not care for hoppy beers, my favorites. He says he likes the taste of Michelob Ultra (didn't know it had a taste)...

    Competition Brew

I have been brewing for about 5 years. I have always either kegged all or bottled all. I have entered my first competition with a Cherry Wit. I need to bottle a little and keg the rest. I want to naturally cabornate, so I do not lose carbonation waiting for the 2 week early turn in. How would...
