For Sale Propane 1/2 BBL Brewery For Sale

Hey everyone. I'm selling my custom made 1/2 BBL brewing system. I don't brew anymore and I no longer have the room for it. Welded the 2-tier frame myself. It's painted with a galvanized spray so it's in really good shape in terms of rust. Black pipe for propane connected to two high pressure...

Replacement pump for Mark's Carboy Cleaner?

Sorry to bump this one, but I ran into the same problem. Amazon to the rescue! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XMXLFV3/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 It's damn near the same pump that comes with the Mark II. Might be a hair taller, but works with all attachments and plenty powerful.

No Fermentation - Am I hosed?

I'll do that in the morning and report back.

No Fermentation - Am I hosed?

COLO, thanks for input. My yeast is Wyeast 2124 - Bohemian Lager. Per WY website, it's preferred fermentation range is between 45-55 F. My major concern is the state of the wort. How long is too long to wait without primary fermentation? By Friday, I can correct the two issues that I think may...

No Fermentation - Am I hosed?

Fluctuates between about 44 and 58 F I misspoke. It's at the lowest number, which is the "Least Cold" setting.

No Fermentation - Am I hosed?

Hey guys, I boiled a 5 gallon batch of our Bock on Friday evening. I pitched one Activator pack of Bohemian Lager. 1. When I ordered this yeast, I neglected to order an ice pack and it was noticeably warm when I received it. I put it in the fridge and didn't think anything else of it...

    Attack of the Greenies!

Hey guys, I bought a VERY used jockey box off of CL yesterday, and while I got a hell of a deal on it, once I got it home I realized that it needs some major clean up. It looks like the last time the was used was Bush 41's administration. The beer lines were full, along with the cold...

How do you CLEAN your glass carboys?

Shorty - Awesome! I'm definitely going to build this. Carboy and keg cleaning is the only thing I loathe about this hobby. This also looks to really conserve water! I do have one question: You had mentioned an aquarium heater to get/keep the water warm. Can you let me know what model/wattage...

    Do you support your LHBS?

I'll echo Bobby's sentiments. There were once two LHBSs but one closed a few years back. Now there's only one game in town and their prices are much higher than online, even with shipping. Not to mention that it's almost an hour each way to get there. I'll stick with Rebel Brewer. Prices are low...

    American Amber Ale Mojave Red

This was our first brew ever. We skipped extract and dove straight into all-grain. It did turn into a DARK little number, but was an excellent beer. Very nutty with almost a coffee taste at the end. No aftertaste. I'm not usually into more than a couple of brown ales at one sitting, but my...

    American Wheat Beer American Wheat

We brewed this as our second AG batch (and second batch ever). We left in primary fermentation for 7 days and then racked to secondary and dry-hopped with 1/2 oz. of Sterling that we had left over from another batch. Two weeks in secondary and we racked, cold-crashed and force-carbed. We've done...

    American Amber Ale Mojave Red

I just plugged it into Beer Tools Pro and it fits an American Brown Ale as opposed to Red. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
