Brew IPA. Drink some young. Drink some later. Decide what you like better. I'm sure some prefer theres aged, so its a more rounded mild beer. I prefer the big aromas and flavors of a young IPA.

I wanna know why you liked rap from 10 years ago so much better than now. Nas, Jay, Dre, Eminem, Talib Kweli were making hits 10 years ago, and are still doing it today. Theres just sooo much more depth to the genre today. This is the golden age of rap. Maybe you are confusing rap for hip hop.

I just made up a spreadsheet. Ive spent $395, and made nearly 600 12 oz. bottles. I'm at $0.64/ 12 oz bottle all costs included. As soon as I order my corona mill, I'll be able to do a 5 gallon batch for $6-$7, which will knock my costs down even more.

I would just do about 7.5 lbs 2-row, 8 oz Caramel 20L, and whatever hops you want. Maybe 1 oz centennial @ 60, 1 oz cascade @ 15, 1 oz cascade @ 5. Basic APA. More hops can easily turn that into an IPA.
