    Should I dry hop and with what

    Disturbing pellicle

    I have a Saison I brewed on fathers day and needed to add 1# on panela into ferment. I'm fermenting with wlp670 American farmhouse. When I got home from this weekend I noticed a pellicie. I just added the sugar syrup anyway. Is this a problem?

    Suggestions on oaking

    I have a keg of Belgian brown ale which I have sitting on 1.8oz of rum soaked oak. Should I force carb this while aging or just allow it to sit and carb later? Have any of you had experience with either? Thanks

    Keg hopping help needed

    This is my first try at this. I went to transfer this beer to my serving keg tonight and I got very little/ it stopped. I used 1.5oz of whole leaf hops about 5 days ago. I assume that my dip tube is clogged, I've tried shaking the keg with no help. What do I do now? Please help
