Has anyone cultured up any Orval brett they'd be willing to send me? I could send back Cantillon brett or some Al's Bugs slurry... Doesn't have to be isolated brett, but maybe something you've successfully brewed an Orval clone with Cheers!

What are you all paying for cider apples this year? I'm looking to fresh-press some cider, and was quoted: $0.40/lb ground-fall you pick $1.20/lb store-quality and already picked I'm working off the assumption that I'll need 120 lbs/5 gallons.
