    Amber ale hop. Help

    Amber ale Recipe calls for these hops. Northern brewer @ 60mins 1oz Cascade @5min 2oz I only have 1oz of Cascade. I have these extra hops in 1oz bags Tettnager Hallertauuer mittlerfruher Crystal Should I use one of these to replace the missing casacde? Or leave it?

    Cold crash multiple kegs at different times.

    I have two kegs in the keezer. One has been in the keezer for two days at 34f. I just kegged the other one. At the moment the thermo probe is strapped to the first keg. Should I move it to the second keg which is at 50f to kick on the freezer. Or would that risk freezing the frist keg?
