This seems to happen whenever I move a keg that is 1/2 or less full. No matter how carefully I move it, afterwards it pours almost all foam. The only way I know to fix it is depressurize the keg just before I pour, and just let the beer flow really slowly. Anyone else see this? This seems to...

Think I'm going to pass on this. Brew Hut has Two-Row for $45, and they are responsive and treat me with respect. They deserve my business and loyalty. Jason doesn't seem to care, isn't responsive, and really doesn't deserve either. I'll stick with the Brew Hut. They're good people.

I'll look forward to hearing how it turns out. I'm making it again in a couple weeks. Going to tweak the recipe a little to up the ABV, increase the spices a little, then I'm going to bottle it in bombers to give as Christmas presents NEXT year. It'll be the 2011 Christmas brew.
