    Usei o cacau em pó nos últimos 5 minutos de fervura. Para 20l, 100 g de cacau (do "Padre"). Usamos 3 rampas de temperatura: 45° C - 30 m; 54° C - 45 m e 69°C - 45 m. Usamos 500 g de aveia. Receita da Cia da Cerveja.
