I have been having a bit of trouble hitting my final numbers. I cant quite dial in my efficiency and volumes. Most of the time I get 70-75% efficiency and sometimes I hit my volumes perfect and sometimes Im off a bit.

A co-worker just gave me his complete turkey fryer set up which includes the burner and 7.5 gallon aluminum pot. He told me that he only used it once to deep fry a turkey.
