    Yeah, I'll be brewing a Hefeweizen next since I have 1/2 of a unused kit. Any IPA kits of recipes you can recommend, especially with Kveik yeasts :) or Saison for that matter ?

    This most recent brew #4, I stepped up the process a bit. Went from Fermonster's and bottling bucket to Fermzilla All Rounder, (pressure fermenting), and kegs (closed transfers), inkbirds for heat control, ispindel for gravity readings, and a kegerator for fermentation, and cold crashing needs...

    After I pulled samples via the wine thief, my hydrometer showed I was down to 1.010, so clearly the fermentation was close to done. Thanks for bringing this all up!

    Wow, this looks awesome. One question, if I plan to connect via wifi, is there any issues with connectivity once located inside a fermentation fridge?

    Just an update, after 24 hours, the bubbling period came down to ~ 30 seconds, and 48 hours later, it's just a little below that. Refractometer reading is 1.028 from 1.035, so seems like progress to me!

    I just bought a wine thief so I can extract a sample from my fermonster, so will be doing a hydrometer test in a couple days. Ever since I added the yeast starter, it's bubbling consistently every minute. Before it every 90-120 seconds. And thats after 4 hours, imagine it should be even more...

    I see, thanks for those points. I think I'll be using it most day to day to check to see if fermentation is done. Being that it's all relative, at least 3 days in a row, will give me that signal, and I'll take final via the hydrometer.

    Actually, I looked up Aeration and oxidation, and it looks like I "roused" the yeast by swirling it, and didn't actually open the lid, so maybe not nearly as bad
