    My latest brew is a Kasteel Barista Chocolate Clone. It is in 2. fermentation, coffee and cacao nibs are added. It taste good :)

    Hi all. I am home brewer from Denmark. I have done some 25+ brews ranging from dry hopped IPA, porter/stout, barley wine, belgians, weiss beer to fruit beer. Currently I only do ales as I dont have the equipment to ferment lagers at 10-12 celcius. Cheers :)

    Kasteel Barista Chocolate

    Im sorry to revive an old thread, but better post here than start a new :) My clone just finished 1. fermentation and I am about to add coffee and cacao nibs. SG is 1029 What is FG supposed to be? My recipe calc says 1028, that seems a tad sweet for a belgian quad. Should I prepare the nibs...
