Update on my wine. I put it in a carboy with a home fitted airlock and I topped it off with grape juice. It may have ruined my elderflower/lavender taste but I'm willing to let those flavors go. I added one grape, heavy laden with yeast. And in a couple of days it was fermenting in my cabinet.

My journey is the fact that I'm still interested in wine brewing, maybe one day I'll try beer, though I'm still unsure about its processes. I really want to make wines and liquors.

I remember tasting the wine, noticed how strong it was and how it was bone dry, bubbled on my tongue for 2 mins and poured it out in fear of my life.
