    yes i left unfermented wort for 4 days because i get angry while process continues. Should i use fermantation basket again ?

    Fermanted at 18-20 degree. About sanitization ; before fermantation my last fermantation was like this, for some reason i make a mash and stop process like that for a 5 day without yeast in it. maybe my fermantation basket get microbial contamination there. nvm i cleaned up with hot water...
