Hi I am a Noobie, living in the Highlands of Scotland close to Inverness. Just got into homebrewing during lockdown. Just picked about 2 kg of Elderberries and looking for a simple wine recipe, that does not require Pectolase. Looking forward to getting advice form all you guys :)
