    Crowler canner

    Thanks! Went ahead and ordered the Oktober 7 g model and cans, after consulting with a few other breweries that used them. They all reported a sharp upturn in revenue from it. It’s for a commercial brewery. Thank you for your advice.

    I want to make high alcohol Kombucha

    Regarding hard kombucha, anyone have a recommendation, based on experience, for the best yeast to use, and why? At what point in the 2F is fermax or another yeast nutrient added, and why? How do I know it's even needed? Thanks in advance!

    Flavoured kombucha for scoby

    In my experience as a commercial kombucha brewer, the SCOBY requires unflavored black and /or green tea, organic, unbleached sugar, and filtered water, and about 10% acidic starter, usually from an unflavored plain kombucha. Some people use apple cider vinegar.
