    @yoop89 oh man, I'm sorry! Yes, it's right... I usually used quickcarb with 12 psi pressure! Keg not holding, good question... I think so, but I can check it.

    @yoop89 18 litres or 5 litres because I use to brew around 23 final litres... but for the next beer I'll brew 18 final litres so I can have a "perfect" keg. No, I don't put the co2 when the keg rests. Thanks!
