    New novice brewer introduction

    Next weekend we will be tasting the first brew. Needless to say that I can hardly wait to see how it turns out. I bottled it into 22 750 ml bottles a few days ago. It is now moved into my kitchen pantry to finish up at appx 20 C. ;)

    Good day, I assembled my new chiller / fermenter system yesterday. I am doing a test run to get a feel for how quick the chiller can cool down appx. 10 liters of water. I started chilling the water in the fermenter at 24.9 C. What kind of time frame should I expect to get the water down to 4 C...
