    How long do you let your clean and sanitized kegs sit before refilling? I typically clean my kegs shortly after I empty them and then rinse with sanitizer. After that, they usually sit for awhile before I refill with beer. I always rinse and re-sanitize immediately before refilling, but...

    White Labs PurePitch Package date

    A few of my recent PurePitch yeast packages from White Labs haven't had the "package date" printed on them like they usually do. It only shows the "best by date" and "Lot #". Anyone know how White Labs calculates the "best by date" so I can figure out the viability for my starter measurements?
