    Adding hops

    i was going to do a kit Ipa and was thinking of adding extra hops to either the boil or after it’s in carboy. Just don’t want to ruin the beer but want to push the IBU some. Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thx. Donny

    help yeast

    After i transferred my wort to the glass carboy i put in the yeast and i was pushing the cork in and it went all the way in the carboy. I had to pour the beer back out to get the cork out. When i did that the yeast really got mixed up. do i need more yeast or is it ok . Any help u guys have...

    air lock

    Hello all any help anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. MY beer was brewed 6 days ago and no co2 coming through the airlock when will i know its done. Andwhat is the best way to not contaminate the beer and take readings. Thanks Donny
