American Wheat Beer Hoppy Session Wheat Beer

Yeah, I looked for that one a while ago, and none of my local stores have it. sucks to be me. Following the original yeast in this post, the dry option for the 1318 would be a s04 right? Never used Kveik before, maybe its not the best yeast for this recipe?

American Wheat Beer Hoppy Session Wheat Beer

So im planning on brewing this soon. I have no problems with the malt or hops, but I dont have access to the kolsch yeast. I can get all major dry yeasts, including lallemand new england, us05 and notty like some people mentioned before in this thread. I also have access to some liquid yeasts...

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

So I brewed this 2 weeks ago and kegged today. I had to mash for about 5 hours due to unforseen circumstances and my OG was 1.064. I used S04 cause I only have acces to dry yeast. dry hopped(loose hops) at day 3, almost no krausen and I never saw the airlock bubble, really weird. tried taking a...

American Amber Ale Caramel Amber Ale

Followed this recipe and got very good numbers. OG 1.050 and FG 1.007. Nice hop flavour and aroma. Fist time I notice this in my beers. I changed going from a hop bag to just putting the hops in loose. I didnt have a thermometer for the candi syrup so I just winged it. Fermented for 10 days, 2...

    Kölsch Bee Cave Brewery Kölsch

so here it is. Gelatin and 4 days cold crash. 2 days after kegging. I used wlp001 so it might not be a true kolsch, but it very easy drinking, might need a little more time in the keg to fully mature. Thanks for the recipe

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

So this is it. It came clearer than I expected. Used whirfloc on boil, and cold crashed for 48 hours with gelatin prior to bottling. I came under my target carbonation, but that was my bad for using too little priming sugar. This also, I think, made it lose some head, cause it doesnt have a lot...

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

And here it is. People liked it, even tho I think it came out with little carbonation, but that was my fault. I dont really know if its more accurate to put the fermentation temp or the cold crash one in the priming calculators. Anyway, its good. Thanks

    Kölsch Bee Cave Brewery Kölsch

Hi everyone! Im rather new, currently this is the 5th time I will brew, and this is the recipe I have planned, but where I live , there is no way to get a Kolsch yeast. I know it has been previously asked in this thread, and it wont be a true Kolsch, but I will go with the wlp001 yeast. If I...

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

Hello. Just signed up to say thanks for the recipe. Was my first Stout, and its now on the bottles. Had a little miscalculation with the volumes of water and ended in a OG of 1.053 and a FG of 1.022. Other than that, is looks and tastes very good, but I think it still needs a little more time to...

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

Hi everyone, just signed up to say thanks for this recipe . My brew day went great, hit all OG of 1.052, and finished with a FG of 1.006, so its now cold crashing, and I will bottle it tomorrow. The fermentation was very very smelly I have to say, I hope this is not and indication that something...
