I bought this new version and while the instructions show that you can change the probe type in the input settings, the option is not there. I don't know if this is different than the original version but I did buy the Pt100 sensor with thermocouple that was posted earlier and it would not work...

This beer came out great and even got me a 38 in my first competition.

I have dumped one batch, and it was earlier today. I made 10 gals of wit and 5 looked great, while 5 had turned black, so I only bottled half. Kinda sad though.
