I force carbonated the keg to 30psi, its been 24 hours. I plan on leaving it at 30psi for another 24hours. Do i need to burp the keg before i bring the pressure down to serving pressure? If i do this can anyone explain why? thanks

How much starsan do u put in the bottle for the probe? Can I use water instead?

Hi - (First time kegging) I'd like advice on suitable chest freezer temperature and recommended PSI please for a 5gallon keg of Chinook IPA. Using a 5lb tank of Co2. I assume once i get advice on the temperature I'll be able to use a chart i found online for figuring out the PSI. Thanks.

Devil sounds like we brewed on the same day. I’m dry hopping on Saturday and will keg the week after. Did you move yours to secondary or leave it in primary?

So in secondary the temperature should be increased to around 72?
