    Hard Kool Aid

    Was going to make some hard Kool Aid for the wife and am wondering what kind of sugar I should use to boost the ABV? Corn sugar, table sugar, something else?

    No fermentation

    Thanks. The recipe calls for me to pour into another carboy this weekend and ferment another three weeks. I'll check it then. No preservatives in the juice or cider though. Maybe in the concentrate.

    No fermentation

    First time brewing cider. Used two gallons of cider, three gallons of Apple juice, a can of Apple juice concentrate, some brown sugar and some White labs yeast directly to the carboy. Only a few bubbles after two weeks. What to do?
