    Will an Inkbird 308 WIFI automatically reconnect to wifi if it has been disconnected for a while between brews or if there is a power outage? Does it remember the temperature settings? Can it give warnings in the app if the temperature get above or below a certain threshold?

    Can a freshly cleaned part be called sanitized?

    If you clean something with pbw or a similar product and rinse with hot clean water, can you consider the part to be sanitized for a short time? I know it's quick to sanitize with Starsan or alcohol. All I'm wondering is if pbw will clean off all bacteria, yeast and other problematic stuff.

    If you get krausen up in the blow off tube, do you changes hoses when fermentation has settled down or just leave it?

    Is there a certain fermentation temperature that S04 give a more fruity flavor and aroma? Will it be fruitier at higher temperatures? Will it give other flavors and aromas at higher temperatures? The fermentation temperatures is Ideally 18-26°C (64.4-78.8°F) according to the data sheet.

    Mixing Safale US 05 and S 04?

    S 04 flocculates really well. I'm worried that it will drop out too early in a heavier (OG: 1.085-1.095) beer and leave me with an unfinished fermentation. I'm thinking about mixing in maybe 1/4 of US 05 to avoid that. Have you tried this, or have anything to say about it?
