Scheduling depends on consumption and the availability of equipment.
Without fermentation temp control, you may want to explore Kveik yeasts for brewing in the warm months. There are various strains out there and lots of information in this forums.
I don't have firsthand experience or a preference as this is my first go around with L09. I am currently fermenting with L09 @50F. I do plan to do a diacetyl rest at 65-68F.
@Harleybrew32 also check that you are running the latest version on your TiltPi. Currently the latest version is v2.5.

I was gifted one over the holidays. It's currently on my 2nd brew. I am using glass carboys and didn't observe any leaks. I'll post an update after I keg both brews. so far I am very happy with the Plaato.
Brewed this(similar) beer a couple weeks ago and planning to add the habanero's and cacao (both soaked in bourbon) tomorrow.
