    Ballpark/stadium beer

    I read something recently about macrobreweries making "Stadium Kegs" in some states. Supposedly they make a lighter version of the beer for sale at the stadium. I'm not sure if it's true; having said that, it was on the internet so it must be true!

    I have to say that it's caps for me as well. Every time I start a new batch I buy a bag of a color that I don't already have to differentiate from my other brews. I really need to start kegging...

    Get the most heat out of electric stove-top brewing

    I tried lining the drop pan with aluminum foil on my last brew. It worked great, but when I was finished I found that the high heat actually softened the metal of the part holding the burner ring and warped it into a really interesting shape...

    I have been getting advice from the forum here for some time and decided to finally register. So far I have only been doing extract batches (8 of them) and one batch of cider that is still in primary. I plan on going all-grain for my next brew and have learned a lot from other's postings here...
