    Need help with Hefe

    Hi, I brewed a clone of Weihenstaphaner Hefe about 20 days ago using lme and dme. I also added 1/2 of an austin brew alchohol boost...I never took OG...Lost my paper to find out what the FG should be..used wyeast 3068..fermented at 64-67 for the 20 days..had to use a blow off tube as this...

    Help with starter please!

    Well I just made my first starter .... Didnt pay attention ended up putting 2 quart starter in growler...... Yep filled it up to the top.... I'm brewing a cream ale technically don't think I need starter but hey... First beer and practice run for Belgian next week... So it will obviously...

    Another brew kettle question

    So I'm getting a 15 gal kettle. The thing is how much do I really need to spend? Would something like this from AIH work? http://www.homebrewing.org/2-Weld-15-gallon-SS-Brew-Pot_p_2756.html Or am I better off spending more and getting something from spikes...
