    Is it?

    Sat for a month after fermentation in basement aftwr a coldcrash. Was a lager. Dont have the recipe handy. I think i pitched a dry pack of lager yeast.german strain. Ok finished about 1.007. Didnt check it before i kegged it. Smelled fine.

    Anyone every try to prime with pineapple juice? jalapeño pineapple cream ale?

    In 8 days or so primary atm. Gonna keg 5 then bottle the rest. Hope its good enough to share. Taste at pitch was kinda bland so im gonna add more jalapeño tincture and pineapple juice at bottling. At least thats what im thinking. Any ideas? Have about 2 gallons to bottle . 5 to keg

    Type of bottles for mead storage 2 + yrs

    Missing mash temps

    Long mash= very low fg?

    Cleaning up grain bin and i got 1 lb of both i wanna use up. Also have corn but would rather use that on something else. Anyone have any suggestions for these?     Parsnip or turnip in beer?

    Bottling beer after cold crash?

    Just started cold crashing, didnt give any thought to beer temp at bottling time. Although i used i calc to figure out priming sugar based on style and temp of beer i never bottled beer at 40 ish degrees. Will my beet be ok?
