Tannin is supposed to be more of a kicker for the recipe. It don't really surveyed a purpose but giving it a little taste kicker Its used in wine.

I kinda get that part, I just didn' tknow what the terms were you said in your later post. And I don't know what the Rate of water will soak into the grain and all that, so I woulnd't know how much to use, How much grain Etc. I'm new to the all grain or BIAB. Never attempted it yet.

Yes, that's where I got this Cider from. I didn't search all over, they had an End Cap with this Apple Juice on it. I guess I should've Paid more attention to the Label. First time Cider maker here LOL
