    Gave them another two weeks and it made a huge difference. Quite pleased with my first batch, ready to start in on the next!

    Two weeks bottle conditioning. Took two and put in the fridge this morning, poured them tonight (nice and slow) to pair with a juicy Steak! Tasted very good but just a little yeasty. Think I'll let them continue to bottle another week and recheck. Thoughts?

    Well, now 1 week in the secondary (insert comment here). I think it's looking good. Room temp is a steady 64 degrees. We'll go one more week here and then bottle!

    I did give that a lot of thought but I did want to try it so I threw caution to the wind, paid close attention to my sanitation and went with it!

    Ok, total newbie, working on a pretty basic beginners kit. Two weeks in the primary and I wanted to go ahead and experience two stage fermentation so I racked to the Carboy today. Went very smoothly from sanitation to siphoning so I think I'm on the right track. I figure another two weeks...

    We'll, I've pulled a lot of info from these threads and I'm ready to give it my first go! We'll see how it turns out but it'll be beer, right? :mug:
