    Awesome read, so I think as far as hop flavor I need to stick more in that 25-7 minute range. As far as not acheiving aroma, though based off that read I would think that I would be getting large amounts of aroma...although that actually leads me to wonder if the vessel is maybe leaking it out...

    I would think you want a bit more lactose, 2oz seems like it wont be much to sweeten it to obtain the same taste, whenever I make it again I am going to use less maybe 8-10 oz in a 5 gal batch, I would reccommend 3 or 4 oz for the 2.25 gal

    The bottle trick is to ask for it at checkout. Most places keep it in the back and not on display, I know of two places that have had it every time I have asked and another two that are hit and miss. PM me if you wanted the stores(all are on the northside of chicago).
