    Brewed this sticking to the original grain bill, but did Nugget hops all the way through with a heavy dose in the whirlpool and dry hop (with just a kiss of Cascade). Turned out real nice! The grain bill will definitely be a repeat for me, for sure!

    Excellent - thanks, guys! I'm likely to ferment lager temps, doing a gradual ramp down from initial ferm temps to lagering temps. I'll just move what's in my freezer to my other freezer while ramping down, just to be safe. Thanks again for the info!

    @BigMac great suggestion on the crystal/cascade combo. I guess with my limited hop selection I'm going for something citrusy/piney/floral. I haven't used crystal much, so I'm intrigued to pair it with something else that would compliment it. Cascade seems to be a good pick :)
