    Homebrewing With The Amazon Echo

totally agree on both of your comments. I wish I had the skill of tinkering with electronics and arduino boards and relays. I think it is definitely possible. Alexa, turn on pump Alexa, set pump timer to 1 hour Alexa, turn on heat Alexa set mash temp to 154 Alexa set mash timer to 1 hour etc...

    Intertap beer faucets

I've had a new keezer build on standby for a couple of weeks.. no vent-matics, no US intertap vendor. So these intertap faucets fit regular shanks? I need to finish my keezer asap. Need to order from Australian vendor possibly. Anyone know how long it takes for shipping via AirMail?

yes, I'm Texas. We already have tabc wine and beer license, we would just need to add or modify our current. brewpub license is a fee of 1,426.00.

thank you for your responses. honestly i have thought about it recently. i just don't have experience that is the most important part. i have a great opportunity with a family business. there isn't a big rush. even if i did it it would be just 4 brews, i would just do basic ones, nothing fancy.

What in amount of time experience-wise you've done, seen, or heard of someone going from home brewer to professional brewer? In a small restaurant or brewpub with 3-5 brews on tap (5 gallons per brew)

    no experience no problem?

has anyone just jumped into 5-10 gallon e-biab with no experience or maybe a couple of 1 gallon batches under their belt? I'm thinking of doing it, just with possibly 2-4 1 gallon batches of experience
