    pale ale ending gravity 1.018

    Making a pale ale kit and I have taken two readings of 1.016ish to 1.018ish. Still new at reading the hydro. I took these reading 3 days apart is this a good ending for a pale ale or should it go farther. This is at about 68 to 70 degrees. I plan on bottling it this weekend. This would give...

    I just started a batch that is 5 and 1/2 gallons in a 6 gallon better bottle will that be fine or is there too much space at the top.

    i made a batch from a kit i got from a friend and it had what I thought was sanitizer but it was b-brite not c-brite. I cleaned everything very well with b-brite do you think I am ok since I only used B-brite. what should I look for?

    Ok with my first brew I started getting bubbles about 8 hrs after I sealed it all up and continued to get bubbles about 1 bubble every few seconds for about a total of 24hrs or so.
