I brewed my second partial mash version of PtE just over six weeks ago. I used a secondary for dry hopping (and made some hop substitutions), bottled at 4 weeks and just had a couple samples yesterday as they hit the two week mark in bottles. Wow! Way better than my first attempt! Steeped 9oz...
