No no I'm brewing a nut brown. I'm fermenting at 65 right now. I'm saying the hot to the touch represents the 75-80. Cause I had a beer turn to **** from a high ferm

I didn't add the dme cause I didn't have any. And didn't think it was required. So if I ferment out completely ill wind up with 3% abv. Oh well

I thought the same thing. It's actually really good and justified waiting in the bottle store
