    Weldless fitting leaking

    i just got a Keggle from conpewter (thanks!) and i'm installing a weldless ball valve from morebeer.com, and i can't get the thing to not leak. if i overtighten it, the oring squishes out to the side of the washer. i put a bunch of teflon tape over the threads.. i'm running out of ideas...

    can kegs sit on thier sides? seems like no, with the tubes and all. but i have a working freezer in my garage, with the shelves that are wired in, so tall kegs wont fit. just making sure i can't only use pony kegs...

    it will not install! keeps getting errors, and i did the zip file thing on the website, and managed to run the setup file, and i'm getting an error message that says "not a valid win 32 application". and i'm running vista.. wierd. anyone with vista running beersmith?
