    Adding flavors to an extract recipe

    Bottles cleaned today

    Hate to chime in uninvited but bbright (a little extra strength) was ridiculously effective for beer labels. I absconded a couple cases of Sam Adams bottles and the labels just melted off. I strogly recommend it Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

    Sorry but I have to add a comment. My wife (OR nurse) and myself were chatting. We have both been in medicine for 20 plus years. So when I see "sanitize"and the like I cringe. We are used to completely sterile fields. So when I see the YouTube guru doing a video about "sanitizing" I chuckle...

    Ok here's what I know so far. From 24-48 hours bubbles big time in the 3 part air lock. Since then. Pretty much nada. Should I be concerned? I was planning on 14 day fermentation and 14 day conditioning. Am I being paranoid since it's only been a fee days? Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
