    What is it?

    I tried to find solutions/answers on the forum but I could not get it. I left my beer for over a three weeks and when I opened the fermenter, I found this. What is it exactly? I tasted it and it is not infected. I can keg this?? Thanks.

    I used the American ale II. I believe it is just 4-5 hours that the fermenter was between 72f and 84f.

    Hi Everyone, I have a fear and I need a relief . I have a fermenter cooler but It did not work for 7 hours. I left fermenter at 70f and I found it at 84f when I came home. What do you think? It is going to be OK? or not?? Thanks

    Low FG- Reasons?

    Hi, Thanks for the replies. I am at the last stage and I believed that i did pretty good for the first batch. I had the 1.062 OG (suppose to be 1.065) which is so close but I measured FG today, after 2 weeks, and it was 1.007 (suppose to be 1.012) so where is the problem? What did I do wrong...
