Help with wood brew stand (1 or 2 tier, 2 or 3 burner)

I was in a very similar situation. My setup is HLT Megapot 10 gal, MASH 10 gal Haterade cooler with sight glass and inset thermometer, Boil is a 15 gal Megapot with brewing hardware whirl pool arm. I mount a single pump between the mash and boil. Since I mash in and fly sparge using gravity.

    My Wood Brew-traption (brew stand)

This is what I just built. Half gravity and half pump. My last stand was similar to your design. Cheers, it looks much cleaner than my old one.

    Style recommendations please

Perfect. I was leaning toward the oak aged i did before since I don't have a ton of time to develop and test a recipe. Since I already have one that was a major hit I will roll with that. I thought I would just see what wisdom HBT could provide. Thanks for the replies. Cheers Scott

    Style recommendations please

Short story; in two weeks I will be heading into a police academy. The academy will be 26 weeks long or just over 6 months. We will be finished in early August. With that said. I would like to do a 10 gal AG batch that would be "finished" at graduation. I thought it would be a cool concept. The...

    15-gallon brew kettle advice

Well if you're patient enough wait to buy the 1.2 from NB and there should be a dark star promotion coming up and BLAM....I really should go to sleep.

    15-gallon brew kettle advice

Side note I also have the dark star and got it free with a purchase of I think 250. My buddy and I needed random stuff and went in on the whole order so I could grab the burner. It's not bad for 50 but it does tend to char the bottom of the kettle. But it really does sip fuel and works well...

    15-gallon brew kettle advice

I just went through the 15 gal debate and went with the mega 1.2 because NB had a Black Friday sale which gave me 50 off. Because it's just going to be a brew kettle and not a hlt I went with ball valve only. I am not disappointed with my decision. It's a great kettle.

Ferm. Chamber for an SSBrewtech 14 gallon Conical

I'm actually going to a similar setup with two 14's and looking at true single door commercial fridges. You can get them on Craigslist for about 400 if you stay vigilant. I'm going that route over residential fridges cause I'd like to show off the twin ss's
