    Has any body added yeast nutrients to this mead. I'm planing in using a packet of dry wine yeast. Cant remember which one off the top of my head.This will be my first mead. Any other tips would be great.

    I just made my first sour last night. It was a Flanders red. Everything went great but I had one question. Its in a brew bucket for primary fermentation when I switch it over too secondary can I use a better bottle or would a glass carboy be better.

    I'm new to wine making I have just completed my batch of this wine and I don't have the grape tannin. Will this be a big deal? I went by the lhbs and it was closed . I will add everything else. Should I get the tannin on Monday and add? Please let me know what you think. Thanks
