    Bertus Brewery Blog, what happened?

Ahh well at least he's still out there. Scott was fairly prolific for a while. I guess all good things come to an end.

    Best commercial Octoberfest?

Augustiner is the fest bier that the Munich locals drink. Their Lagerbier Helle is the best. IMHO.

    Bertus Brewery Blog, what happened?

Does anyone know what happened to the Bertus Brewery? Scott went off to Europe this spring and the blog posts stopped. No posts since like May. His blog had some really good information for making clean beers. Wondering what happened. I hope everything is ok.

Adding water during brew - did I do wrong????

I bought mine online for about $20. Drill a hole in the lid of your conical using a step bit large enough to accommodate a...

    For the Love of Fermentation……

Hi guys, I struggled with the fermentation temperature control issue for quite some time. A while back I was able to obtain a 7.5 gal conical on ebay but my keezer was too short to handle it. What to do? I didn't want to buy another freezer or refrigerator so I decided to do what the big boys...
