I have been brewing for a few years now and am considering kegging instead of bottling. I have considered buying a kegerator but would like to have at least 3 brews on tap at one time. Would I be better off building a keezer? Any advice in this area would be appreciated.
As I was dry hopping the ipa I brewed 3 weeks ago I noticed that the water in my blow off vessel was lower than the last time I looked. I have read that temperature changes can cause this. My concern is that the water in my blowoff vessel looked like beer caused by the large amounts of foam...
