    Krausen with no airlock activity

I think the most likely cause is you don't have a tight seal and air is escaping elsewhere, rather than through the airlock.

It was good seeing you there :mug: A group grain buy takeover in the future would be awesome. As for the beer, I think I enjoyed the english bitter the most. It actually wasn't what I expected flavor wise, but it tasted delicious.

I need some help here I have no idea how this happened

I think the original bucket theory makes a lot of sense. Would it also be possible to check all the labels to see if another one was incorrect (5lbs over)?

DC Area Group Grain Buy #12

It took me a while to figure out because a buddy picked up my order, but it looks like I paid for 10lbs of PBW, but only got 5. The label on my bucket said 5, but I double checked and did pay for 10. I don't want to make a big deal about it, because it took me forever to figure out, but if...

Downside to draft beer at home

I bottled probably 25 batches before switching to kegging and don't plan to go back except the occasional brew. One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet: your IPAs will most likely improve when you switch to kegging with less exposure to oxygen. I found that no matter how many hops and dry hops...
