    Question about using Brix to measure ethanol content

    Hi guys! So for a class this semester I have to ferment glucose solution using yeast and monitor the process. I am using a handheld refractometer to measure the glucose content every few hours. So if i know the glucose initially and after a time period, can i calculate the ethanol produced...
