Ok so I am new at brewing. I am on my 3 batch.
As per most recipes I have seen, starting with 2 to 2.5 gallons to make my wort then adding water to the fermentation bucket bring it to 5. Anyone know what happens if I only filled it to 4 gallons? Thanks
