Wow you must be an electronics engineer on the side to just come up with your own panel. The rest of us need to follow someones schematic so we dont burn something expensive down. Which is why I think I will go the gas route and just stick to manual with a couple of PIDs set up and incremently...

I wish I was doing electrical but since I live in the land of 240 volt and we have no garage I have to go with gas powered herms ! All my stout tanks will be setup for elements so if we move Ill be ready !

Greetings I am in the process of building a new 20 Gallon pilot brewery with Stout Tanks! I need help with electrical though as I will eventually make it auto with a BCS. All this will take time...and heaps of money. Any links to plans would be awesome. Cheers! :mug:

Just bumped my carboy on a ceramic tile on the way down to the basement! I got off easy not a scratch and yes I was wearing sandals! Had to watch my 5 plus gallons of Scottish Ale wash down the steps though. Even though I did think I would see a blood trail next ! Back to plastic for me!:(

Yeah Kal really got it all sussed out with an electric brewery. That being said my setup is going to be pretty custom as I live in the land of 240ac and I want to build a 30 gallon system and I will be using Stout Brew tanks as well. However it should be a fun project.
