    Sorry for repeat question. I scrolled down and found someone else had already asked. The brewers best has 1 lb of DME and (2) 3.3 lbs of LME. Should I do 1 lb of DME and (1) 3.3 lb of LME at the beginning with (1) 3.3 lb of LME with 15 mins left? Or both cans of LME at the end of boil?

    I was reading about doing late extract additions but am not exactly sure about how. After steeping 1lb of caramel 40L and 8 oz victory grains for 20 minutes, I bring the wort to a boil.     Used yeast that came with kit. Checked it 2 days after initial check just to make sure. Ferment temps were around the 68-70 F region. Using a hydrometer that came with my brewers best brewers kit

    My final gravity ended up at a 1.03 and not knowing any better I went ahead and bottled. After 4 weeks in bottles it carbed nice but is very sweet. Is it still OK to drink or should it be poured out. The OG was about 1.07

    Help with a European Bock

    Brewed the brewers best extract. OG was around 1.068 to 1.07. Used the yeast provided. Sat in primary for 14 days at around 66 degrees. Checked gravity before transferring to secondary carboy for the next 3 to 4 weeks and it was at 1.03. Is everything still OK?
