    Srry to sound nieave but can you explain that better? I'm really pisses at all thus measured everything to the enth degree and my beer keeps getting gassy!!! Does 4g per 750ml bottle sound right.

    I think so.. In lamons terms you're saying if the storage temp is higher then the fermenting temp, it creates more co2??

    Yes I do check when it's finished fermenting completely?? I'm not sure I understand what you're saying?? It equates to around 4g per 750ml

    Yeh thnx guys but I measure it properly. They only pop in summer which leads me to believe it's the storage.. Could you pls explain what you meant but carbonating it a little?

    I have no choice as I have a low pitched metal roof and it's closed up all day and gets up to 35•... Only option is my shed outside but think you're correct tho

    My aim here is just for fun mainly. It prob goes against everything that you guy go for. But I'm not a professional brewer and just thought I'd try make some rocket fuel just for laughs, as I've never experimented with sugars etc. well at least I'm finding its fermenting but not working anywhere...

    Does it matter if og is done a few hrs after? Just took it then after brewing it a couple of hrs ago. Og is 1050. Prob means 6% at best grrr? Lol

    Well I'm wondering if I add a kg of sugar too my mix is it or what is it going to do?? That should make it around 8%, but worried it might blow the top off my fermenter I guess?

    No I don't that's the prob.... I'm having trouble with frothy beers and the general comments I'm getting is over priming so I'm guessing i need to fix the issue

    Oh I have no idea what a bottling bucket is nor racking beer as I normally use a teaspoon of sugar per bottle but have been having trouble with gassy beers?
