    hopping cider?

    Hmm he specifically mentioned that too much hops was too bitter. I've never brewed beer, so I'm not overly familiar with how increasing hops directly affects flavor, so how would putting in more than 0.5oz of hops make it too bitter to drink?

    If there's already a post on this, please refer me. Otherwise, has anyone hopped their cider before? I'm kinda curious how that would affect the flavor/I have no idea what it would do to the cider. If you've tried it, or know anything about it, please post your results! Thanks
